Pathway Communities Brings Home the Gold
Pathway Communities' marketing, public relations and advertising efforts impressed the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, as the company was awarded three coveted gold and one silver Professionalism Awards at a recent awards banquet held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
Pathway received gold awards for best Web site (www.pathwaycomm.com), best print ad any color (SummerGrove) and best community marketing campaign (SummerGrove). The silver award was for best 4-color print ad by a developer.
Pathway also learned its new corporate brochure had received a Silver award from the National Association of Home Builders. Silver award winners are eligible for a gold, to be awarded at the national convention in Dallas, Texas, in January. Other silver winners competing against Pathway for the cherished gold award are Disney's Celebration in Florida, Del Webb's Anthem in Arizona, Ladera Ranch in California and Cordillera in Colorado.
The Professionalism Awards are presented each year by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association to recognize excellence in home building, marketing and advertising.
McRae Communications, Pathway's advertising and public relations agency developed the Web site, print ads, brochure and marketing campaign.
