Successful Fayette Community Nears Completion

With only 13 homesite remaining, The Chimneys, a Pathway Communities development, has proved to be one of Fayette County's best-selling since the communities inception in 1998. Since January alone, 15 homes have sold in the Centex Homes-built neighborhood.
The Chimneys rests on the land of a former corporate retreat whose patrons nicknamed the area for the elaborate stone chimneys that once graced the retreat's lodge. One of the historic chimneys remains a focal point of the neighborhood's amenity area.
The Chimneys has an amenity area complete with tennis courts, a community pavilion and a fishing dock. The neighborhood is centrally located to Peachtree City and Fayetteville's shopping, recreation and entertainment opportunities and is only minutes from I-85 and Hartsfield International Airport. The Starrs Mill school complex, a state-of-the-art education facility housing a three-school campus for grades K-12, is adjacent to the neighborhood.
Joe Colletti, the Home Source Realtors vice president of new home sales says, "The success of The Chimneys comes as no surprise. When you combine the home building reputation of Centex Homes and the neighborhoods proximity to schools, shopping and the airport, the result is a fast selling neighborhood."
Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, along with almost 50 years of experience, has earned Centex Homes recognition as one of the nation's most respected home builders. Centex Homes was named the 1998 Atlanta-area Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association and is the only home builder to have ranked among Professional Builder magazine's top ten home builders for the past 27 years.
From Atlanta, take I-85 south to exit 61 (Peachtree City). Turn left on Hwy. 74. The Chimneys is located approximately 12 miles on the left. The Chimneys welcome center is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sundays 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call Kim Ryan-Smith at (770) 461-4442.
