Best Selling Community According to 1999 sales figures, Timber Lake was Fayette's best selling community. Dac Carver, director of neighborhood marketing for Pathway Communities, the developer of Timber Lake, says, "With its proximity to award-winning schools and Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport, Timber Lake's success comes as no surprise." Carver also says that as a result of the community's success, only 10 custom homesites remain. Located just outside Peachtree City in Fayette County, Timber Lake offers unique homesites and 59-acres of endless recreational opportunities including nature trails, tennis and volleyball areas, a junior Olympic swimming pool and a 26-acre lake.
